Cheating Policy

At Helicord, we strive to create a fair and enjoyable environment for all users. To maintain the integrity of the game, we strictly prohibit any form of cheating or exploitation. This policy outlines what constitutes cheating, the consequences of such actions, and the process for appealing a decision.

1. Cheating

Cheating undermines the experience for other players and disrupts the community. The following actions are considered cheating and are strictly prohibited:

• Using Self-Bots: Utilizing automated bots or scripts to interact with Helicord without manual input is not allowed. This includes the use of self-bots to automate tasks such as card collection, trading, or participating in challenges.

• Third-Party Tools: The use of third-party programs, mods, or software to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden. This includes any tool that modifies game data, automates in-game tasks, or exploits the game in any way.

• Account Selling: Buying, selling, or trading Helicord accounts, or any part of an account (such as cards, rewards, or other in-game assets) for real money or virtual currency is strictly prohibited.

• Multi-Accounting: Operating multiple Discord accounts to gain an unfair advantage in Helicord is not permitted. Each user is allowed only one account for participating in the game.

• Abusing Glitches/Exploits: Taking advantage of any glitches, bugs, or exploits in the game for personal gain is not allowed. Any known issues should be reported to the Helicord team immediately.

By participating in Helicord, all users agree to play fairly and adhere to these guidelines.

2. Consequences

If a user is caught engaging in any form of cheating as outlined above, Helicord reserves the right to take disciplinary action to preserve the integrity of the game. Possible consequences include:

• Account Lock: A user’s Helicord account may be locked temporarily, preventing access to the game’s features while an investigation is conducted.

• Account Ban: Depending on the severity of the violation, Helicord may permanently ban the user from accessing their account and participating in the game.

• Progress Reset: In cases where cheating has been used to unfairly gain rewards, cards, or other benefits, Helicord may reset the user’s progress or remove specific items from their account.

Helicord maintains the right to take these actions at any time and without prior notice if a user is found violating the cheating policy.

3. Appeals

We understand that mistakes can happen, and users have the right to appeal any disciplinary actions taken against their account. The appeals process is as follows:

• Submit an Appeal: Users can submit a formal appeal by contacting Helicord’s support team. The appeal should include the user’s Discord ID, a detailed explanation of the situation, and any evidence or context they believe is relevant.

• Investigation: Upon receiving the appeal, Helicord will conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. This process may take some time depending on the complexity of the case.

• Outcome: After the investigation is complete, Helicord will notify the user of the final decision. The outcome of the appeal may result in the disciplinary action being upheld, modified, or reversed.

Please note that all appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Helicord’s decision regarding the outcome of an appeal is final.
